ALIX ROBERTS

This piece here is an erotic and sensual depiction of a woman, painted in monochrome colour. The piece has an unfinished look to it which intrigues the audience and creates this mystery and sense of danger which I particularly liked. I think the unusual position of the model has a more abstract take on the female figure, something which I am interested in exploring myself.

LUCIA LERNYEI

This piece here is inspired by the artist's love and passion for sewing. She has taught herself everything she knows about sewing, and always aims to master and try every process she can think of. She has a passion for using found and recycled materials, a common theme throughout her work.

CAROLINE CAMPION

Caroline Campion has produced illustrations of outfits in response to the museum. The designs feature bright colours and patterns, and explore different forms around the female body. These designs each have their own personality and feel to them. And it’s interesting to imagine what type of person would be wearing each of these beautiful designs.
